目的通过运用轴位断层扫描,对颌骨埋伏牙进行定位分析。方法运用曲面体层X线机的轴位断层程序,对60例上颌骨埋伏牙患者进行颊舌向的扫描成像,分析埋伏牙在颌骨中的形态、位置、方向。结果 60例埋伏牙患者进行颊舌向的扫描成像中58例病例(共计73颗埋伏阻生牙及多生牙)获得比较满意的定位效果。埋伏牙在颌骨中的位置、牙轴的方向、牙体的断面形态均得以清晰显示。结论轴位体层检查能够排除颊舌两侧及周围多个牙齿的重叠影像,清晰地显示埋伏牙的唇腭侧定位。
Objective To locate and analyze the impacted teeth of mandible by using axial tomography. Methods Sixty cases of maxillary impacted teeth were scanned by buccal and lingual scanning using the tomographic tomography tomography. The morphology, position and orientation of the impacted teeth in the jaw were analyzed. Results Fifty-eight cases (total of 73 impacted impacted teeth and multiple teeth) in 60 patients with impacted teeth underwent buccolingual scan imaging showed satisfactory results. The location of the impacted tooth in the jaw, the direction of the tooth axis, and the cross-sectional morphology of the tooth are clearly shown. Conclusion The axial slice examination can exclude the overlapping images of multiple teeth on both sides and around the buccal mucosa, and clearly show the location of the labial and palatal teeth.
