最近几年,由于采用低温电镀方法得到的镀铁层具有硬度高、结合牢固等特点,在交通、轮船等工业部门做为修复磨损部件的新工艺得到了推广使用,并且收到了良好的效果。由于镀层的晶粒度对镀层质量有着直接的影响,因而测量镀铁层的晶粒度以期达到控制、提高镀铁层的质量。低温镀铁层的晶粒非常细小,不能用金相方法观察测量。我们采用Philips PW 1730X射线衍射仪及EM400透射电子显微镜测量了镀铁层的晶粒度,取得了比较一致的结果。
In recent years, due to the characteristics of high hardness and strong bonding, the iron plating layer obtained by the low temperature electroplating method has been popularized and used as a new process for repairing worn parts in the transportation, shipping and other industrial sectors and has received good results. Since the grain size of the coating has a direct effect on the quality of the coating, the grain size of the iron plating is measured in order to achieve control and improve the quality of the iron plating. Low-temperature iron plating layer of the grain is very small, can not be observed by metallographic measurements. We measured the grain size of the iron-plated layer using a Philips PW 1730 X-ray diffractometer and an EM400 transmission electron microscope and achieved consistent results.
