Q4 4 0 1 is the United States Qualcomm introduced single-chip variable-rate voice compression chip, this chip uses advanced code-excited linear prediction algorithm, through lower bit rate for higher voice quality, has been widely used in digital Telephone, wireless communications, voice storage and speech synthesis systems.
