困难和破产企业拖欠社会保险费的问题,是各地社会保险经办机构普遍头疼的事情。社会保险费不能够按时足额征缴,严重阻碍着社会保险事业的可持续发展。
Difficulties and bankrupt enterprises arrears of social insurance premiums is a common headache for social insurance agencies around the matter. Social insurance premiums can not be collected in full and on time, which seriously hinders the sustainable development of social insurance.
