目的:为了研究同时测定水中F-、C l-、B r-、NO3-、C lO3-、SO42-、HPO42-7种离子浓度的方法。方法:样品处理后用离子色谱法分析,外标法定量。结果:测定方法的相关性好(r>0.9990),精密度高(RSD<3.0%),准确度好(平均回收率90.6%~108.4%),检出限(3.56~6.74)μg/L。结论:该方法的灵敏度高、检出限低、操作简便,可同时测定不同数量级浓度的离子,能满足水质监测要求。
OBJECTIVE: To study a method for simultaneously determining the ion concentrations of F-, Cl-, Br-, NO3-, C103-, SO42-, and HPO42-7 in water. Methods: Samples were analyzed by ion chromatography, external standard method. Results: The correlation between the determination methods was good (r> 0.9990). The precision was high (RSD <3.0%). The accuracy was good. The average recovery was 90.6% ~ 108.4%. The detection limit was 3.56 ~ 6.74 μg / L. Conclusion: The method has the advantages of high sensitivity, low detection limit, easy operation and simultaneous determination of ions of different orders of magnitude to meet the water quality monitoring requirements.
