对藏药甘青乌头全草的化学成分进行研究。采用多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,并通过光谱分析(1D,2D-NMR和MS)及与文献比对的方法鉴定了19个化合物,分别是5-羟甲基糠醛(1),5-乙酰氧基甲基糠醛(2),pyrrolezanthine{5-hydroxymethyl-1-[2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethyl]-1H-pyrrole-2-carbaldehyde}(3),lichiol B(4),邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(5),3,4-二羟基苯乙醇(6),3,4-二羟基苯乙醇-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7),红景天苷(8),对羟基苯乙醇(9),对羟基苯甲酸葡萄糖酯苷(10),对羟基苯甲酸(11),天麻苷(12),1-(3,4二甲氧基苯基)-1,2-乙二醇(13),对羟基苯甲醛(14),对羟基苯乙酮(15),3,4-二羟基苯乙醇乙酸酯(16),丁香醛(17),乙基-β-D-吡喃果糖苷(18),对羟基苯甲酸甲酯(19)。化合物3和4为首次从该科植物中分离得到,化合物2,6,9~19为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1和5为首次从该植物中分离得到。
The chemical composition of the Tibetan medicine Aconitum whole plant was studied. Nineteen compounds were identified by spectroscopic analysis (1D, 2D-NMR and MS) and compared with the literature, which were 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (1), 5-acetyl (2), pyrrolezanthine {5-hydroxymethyl-1- [2- (4-hydroxyphenyl) ethyl] -1H-pyrrole-2-carbaldehyde}, lichiol B (4), phthalic acid (5), 3,4-dihydroxyphenylethanol (6), 3,4-dihydroxyphenethyl alcohol-β-D-glucoside (7), salidroside (8), p-hydroxyphenethyl alcohol (10), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (11), gastrodin (12), 1- (3,4 dimethoxyphenyl) -1,2-ethanediol (13), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (14), p-hydroxyacetophenone (15), 3,4-dihydroxyphenethyl acetate (16), syringaldehyde (17) Fructoside (18), Methylparaben (19). Compounds 3 and 4 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 2, 6 and 9 to 19 were isolated from this genus for the first time. Compounds 1 and 5 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
