目的分析成人肺炎支原体(MP)感染的临床特点,探讨成人MP感染的诊断与治疗方法。方法收集我科2007年11月至2008年11月MP感染30例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果成人MP感染有增多趋势,主要以咳嗽为主,很少有呼吸困难。检测到MP抗体是近期感染的标志。结论大环内酯类抗菌素序惯治疗有效,并可缩短病程。无合并症患者完全可门诊治疗。
Objective To analyze the clinical features of adult Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) infection and to explore the diagnosis and treatment of adult MP infection. Methods The clinical data of 30 cases with MP infection in our department from November 2007 to November 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. The results of adult MP infection have an increasing trend, mainly cough, rarely dyspnea. Detection of MP antibodies is a hallmark of recent infections. Conclusion Macrolide antibiotics can be used to treat the disease effectively and to shorten the course of the disease. Patients without complications can be completely outpatient treatment.
