为了解决浮选机叶轮转速控制问题,采用增量编码器对浮选机叶轮电机在单位时间内进行计数,根据M法在S7-200内部计算出浮选机实际叶轮转速,提出了通过调用S7-200里PI功能块,在浮选机叶轮转速设定值与实际值偏差较大时增大增益和积分,达到控制过程响应迅速,防止过大超调,偏差较小时减小增益和积分,消除系统误差的目标。研究结果表明上述方法取得了良好的浮选机叶轮转速闭环控制效果。
