目的探讨络风宁2号方治疗心肾综合征的可能作用机制。方法将120例心肾综合征患者随机分为全方组、去风药组、西药组各40例。西药组仅给予常规治疗;全方组在常规治疗的基础上口服络风宁2号免煎颗粒剂,每日1剂;去风药组在常规治疗的基础上口服去风药方免煎颗粒剂,每日1剂。各组均治疗2个月。比较各组治疗前后血浆超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)、心肌营养素1(CT-1)水平,并观察不良反应。结果与本组治疗前比较,全方组治疗后hs-CRP、LP-PLA2水平显著降低,CT-1水平显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);西药组治疗后LP-PLA2、CT-1水平均显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);去风药组CT-1水平显著升高(P<0.05)。治疗后全方组hs-CRP、LP-PLA2水平显著低于去风药组和西药组(P<0.05),去风药组LP-PLA2水平显著低于西药组(P<0.05)。治疗后全方组CT-1水平显著高于去风药组,低于西药组(P<0.05),去风药组显著低于西药组(P<0.05)。结论络风宁2号方在益气温阳、活血利水法基础上增加风药,增强了降低心肾综合征患者hs-CRP、LP-PLA2水平的效果,可能通过降低血浆中hs-CRP、LP-PLA2水平来发挥保护心肾功能的作用。
Objective To explore the possible mechanism of the treatment of cardiorenal syndrome by “FuFingNing No.2 Decoction”. Methods 120 cases of cardiorenal syndrome patients were randomly divided into the whole group, to the wind medicine group, western medicine group of 40 cases. Western medicine group was given only conventional treatment; the whole group in the conventional treatment based on oral Fufang Ning No. 2 decocted granules, daily 1; to the wind treatment group on the basis of conventional treatment, oral anti-wind drugs decocted granules 1 daily. All groups were treated for 2 months. The levels of plasma hs-CRP, Lp-PLA2 and CT-1 were compared before and after treatment. Adverse reactions were observed. Results Compared with pretreatment group, the levels of hs-CRP and LP-PLA2 in CTL group were significantly decreased (P <0.05 or P <0.01), and the levels of LP-PLA2, CT -1 (P <0.05 or P <0.01), and the CT-1 level in the Decoction group was significantly higher (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of hs-CRP and LP-PLA2 in the whole prescription group were significantly lower than those in the defatted and western medicine groups (P <0.05). The LP-PLA2 levels in the defatted group were significantly lower than those in the western medicine group (P <0.05). After treatment, the CT-1 level of the whole prescription group was significantly higher than that of the drug-eluting group and lower than that of the western medicine group (P <0.05), and that of the de-wind medicine group was significantly lower than that of the western medicine group (P <0.05). Conclusion LOFNF2 can increase the levels of hs-CRP and LP-PLA2 in patients with cardio-renal syndrome by increasing the herbs on the basis of invigorating qi and activating yang and invigorating the circulation and blood circulation, possibly by reducing hs-CRP and LP in plasma -PLA2 level to play the role of protection of heart and kidney function.
