聚丙烯纤维混凝土具有良好的力学性能、抗裂和抗渗性,但针对其疲劳特性的研究相对较少。本文采用应力控制方式、三分点加载试验,分析了纤维掺量与不同应力水平下普通混凝土与聚丙烯纤维混凝土的疲劳寿命。试验结果表明:在不同应力水平条件下,混凝土的疲劳寿命具有相似的变化趋势,应力水平越高,疲劳寿命越低;应力水平在0.7和0.8时疲劳寿命相差不大,当应力水平到0.9时,疲劳寿命骤降达99%;不论在何种应力条件下,聚丙烯纤维混凝土的疲劳寿命均优于普通混凝土疲劳寿命,最大可达3.07倍,且存在最佳纤维掺量为12%~15%。
Polypropylene fiber concrete has good mechanical properties, cracking and impermeability, but relatively little research on its fatigue properties. In this paper, the stress control method and the three-point loading test were used to analyze the fatigue life of ordinary concrete and polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete with different fiber content and different stress levels. The results show that the fatigue life of concrete under different stress levels has a similar trend. The higher the stress level is, the lower the fatigue life is. When the stress level is 0.7 and 0.8, the fatigue life is not much different. When the stress level reaches 0.9 , Fatigue life plummeted 99%; no matter under which stress conditions, the fatigue life of polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete are better than ordinary fatigue life of up to 3.07 times, and there is the best fiber content of 12% to 15 %.
