效率视角下国有物流企业区域竞争力与改革路径研究

新经济下物流产业已成为我国国民经济发展的重要组成部分,由于我国区域经济发展的不均衡,国有物流企业发展机遇与挑战并存。本文基于2006~2015年上市的18家国有物流企业数据,从效率视角分析我国不同区域国有物流企业竞争力的差异。研究结果表明:环渤海区域国有物流企业的综合无效率原因主要由于规模和技术无效率;长三角区域的国有物流企业技术较规模更有效率,且有进一步提升的空间;泛珠三角区域国有物流企业综合效率、技术效率和效率最优的样本较其他区域显著,且发展能力在逐步提升。本文针对国有物流企业竞争力的区域差异从效率角度提出了改革路径。 Under the new economy, the logistics industry has become an important part of the national economy in our country. Due to the unbalanced regional economic development in our country, the opportunities and challenges for the development of state-owned logistics enterprises coexist. Based on the data of 18 state-owned logistics enterprises listed from 2006 to 2015, this paper analyzes the differences in the competitiveness of state-owned logistics enterprises in different regions from the efficiency perspective. The results show that: the comprehensive inefficiency of state-owned logistics enterprises in the Bohai Rim region is mainly due to the scale and technical inefficiency; the state-owned logistics enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta region are more efficient than the scale and have room for further improvement; and the state- Enterprises with the most comprehensive efficiency, technical efficiency and efficiency are more significant than those in other regions, and the development capability is gradually improving. In this paper, the regional differences in the competitiveness of state-owned logistics enterprises from the perspective of efficiency put forward the reform path.
