一、事故发生情况 1990年2月4日晚,由太原北站发往青海民和镁厂的装运液氯的罐车(工厂自备车,车号86080、86196、载重60吨)到达咸阳车站,由于安全阀作用不良,引起氯气外泄。当晚9时20分4名收货单位随车押运员发现漏气,随即在场工作的14名调车人员发觉有刺鼻的异味,即迅速离开现场(三名押运员就地爬卧地面),由于受到氯气危害,调车(包括机车)人员和押运人员17名,全部出现程度不同的急性氯气中毒症状,致使停工11小时(2月4日21时至2月5日8时)。由于发生时间在夜间,车站人员较少,也无客车停留,泄漏时间短暂事故未进一步扩大。
