文章从分析制动盘热疲劳现象入手,介绍了产生热疲劳的原因,从材料力学、金属组织等方面着手,阐述了制动盘承受的热应力和热疲劳状况。然后,针对制动盘的热疲劳现象,介绍了优化制动盘的设计、结构、形状,优选材料等方面的对策,以开发性能优异的制动盘。
This paper starts with the analysis of the thermal fatigue phenomenon of the brake disc, introduces the causes of thermal fatigue, and from the aspects of material mechanics and metal organization, expounds the thermal stress and thermal fatigue of the brake disc. Then, in view of the thermal fatigue phenomenon of the brake disc, the countermeasures to optimize the design, structure, shape, material selection of the brake disc are introduced to develop the brake disc with excellent performance.
