研究了不同含量的Zr-Fe-Cr合金的显微组织及其在500℃、10.3 MPa过热蒸汽中的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,不同合金元素含量的Zr-Fe-Cr样品,经500℃、10.3 MPa过热蒸汽腐蚀后,抗腐蚀性能差别很大。合金元素含量较少的合金(Zr0.2Fe0.1Cr)热处理后析出第二相很少,耐腐蚀性能很差;而适当含量Fe、Cr的Zr-Fe-Cr合金抗腐蚀性能较好。同时,氧化膜中存在的孔隙和裂纹也影响锆合金的耐腐蚀性能。
The microstructure of Zr-Fe-Cr alloy with different contents and its corrosion resistance in superheated steam at 500 ℃ and 10.3 MPa were studied. The results show that the corrosion resistance of Zr-Fe-Cr samples with different contents of alloying elements varies greatly with superheated steam at 500 ℃ and 10.3 MPa. The alloy with lower content of alloying elements (Zr0.2Fe0.1Cr) precipitates less second phase after heat treatment, and the corrosion resistance is poor. However, the corrosion resistance of Zr-Fe-Cr alloy with proper content of Fe and Cr is better. At the same time, the pores and cracks existing in the oxide film also affect the corrosion resistance of the zirconium alloy.
