京唐公司热轧厂在IF钢生产过程中出现了热轧工序导致的翘皮缺陷。经过系统分析,认为是板坯加热温度不均匀,以及轧制过程中板坯尾部温降快、轧机冷却水密封效果不佳等问题综合导致的。主要介绍首钢京唐热轧厂在消除IF钢翘皮缺陷攻关工作中采取的加热工艺措施。通过调整烧嘴开度优化炉内温度场,并按照轧制过程中的温差需求控制板坯头尾和宽度方向温差。经过黑匣试验验证,板坯加热质量达到预期目标,最终消除了热轧工序导致的翘皮缺陷。
