构建既有建筑绿色改造潜力评估体系,基于层次分析法、德菲尔法及离差最大化法对权重分配及归类原则进行重新确定,建立改进后的模糊综合评价模型。基于该模型,选取既有建筑改造实际案例,对改造前后情况进行纵向验证,计算得出改造前建筑绿色度较差,急需改造;对该建筑进行改造后绿色程度良好,无需进一步改造。结果表明,运用改进的模糊综合评价方法对既有建筑绿色改造潜力进行评估是可行的。
The evaluation system of green conversion potential of existing buildings was constructed. Based on the analytic hierarchy process, Defell law and the maximum deviation method, the weight distribution and classification principles were re-determined, and the improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established. Based on this model, the actual case of existing buildings was selected to make a longitudinal verification of the situation before and after the renovation. The green color of the buildings before the renovation was calculated to be poor and needed to be rebuilt urgently. After the rebuilding, the green level was good and no further renovation was needed. The results show that it is feasible to use the improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the potential of green retrofit in existing buildings.
