日本栽培香菇的农户迅速增加,但是由于缺乏细心的管理,杂菌大量发生,出现原木消耗量多而产菇量不高的局面。香菇栽培的标准技术尚未确定,多数栽菇农户依靠老经验生产香菇。因此,研究香菇高产技术,是我们面临的新课题。香菇菌丝在5~32℃下生长,22~26℃最适宜菌丝生长,35℃以上生长明显受抑。香菇可根据其出菇温度分为高温型(15~25℃出菇)、中温型(10~20℃出菇)、低温型(5~15℃出菇)三大类。确定栽培何种香菇品种很重要,但是准备好适宜菌丝生长的菇木,对提高香菇的产质量则更重要。
Japanese farmers growing mushrooms increased rapidly, but due to the lack of careful management, a large number of bacteria occur, there is more consumption of logs and the amount of mushroom production is not high. The standard technology of mushroom cultivation has not been determined, and most mushroom farmers depend on their old experience to produce mushrooms. Therefore, the study of mushroom high yielding technology is a new topic we are facing. Mushroom mycelium growth at 5 ~ 32 ℃, 22 ~ 26 ℃ optimum mycelium growth, growth was significantly inhibited above 35 ℃. Mushrooms can be divided according to their fruiting temperature into high temperature (15 ~ 25 ℃ fruiting), medium temperature (10 ~ 20 ℃ fruiting), low temperature (5 ~ 15 ℃ fruiting) three categories. To determine what kind of mushroom cultivation is very important, but mushrooms suitable for mycelium growth is more important to improve the quality of mushroom production.
