患者,男,61岁,农民。主因四肢无力13个月,右侧胸痛50天于2006年4月5日入院。既往有吸烟史20余年,已戒20年,近10余年每日饮酒2～3两。患者入院前13个月无明显诱因出现双下肢无力,以近端肌肉无力为主,上台阶吃力,继而出现双上肢无力,伴有饮水呛咳,言语不利。四肢无力症状在1个月?
Patient, male, 61 years old, farmer. Mainly due to weakness of the limbs for 13 months, 50 days of right chest pain on April 5, 2006 admission. Past history of smoking more than 20 years, has quit 20 years, nearly 10 years of daily drinking 2 to 3 two. Patients before 13 months of admission there was no obvious incentive to appear lower extremity weakness, mainly to the proximal muscle weakness, difficulty on the stage, followed by weakness in upper extremities, accompanied by drinking water cough, verbal unfavorable.
