一、引言随着光纤技术的不断完善,光纤传输系统正朝向传送更高速率(Gbit/s)的方向发展。这无疑对光纤通信接收机提出了更高要求。实现在所需增益下,具有很宽频带的放大器就变得尤为重要了。目前,国外由于器件的特性及集成电路工艺水平,使其能够制成宽带集成或采用分离元件构成的放大器(带宽可达 GHz 级)。我国由于受到这方面的限制,实现带宽在几百兆至一千兆赫放大器仍是一项困难的工作本文介绍了一个全部采用国产器件实现的1—1000MHz 宽带放大器的设计考虑和实际
I. INTRODUCTION With the constant improvement of optical fiber technology, optical fiber transmission systems are moving in the direction of transmitting higher rates (Gbit / s). This undoubtedly puts forward higher requirements on optical fiber communication receivers. It has become even more important to have a wide bandwidth amplifier at the desired gain. At present, due to the characteristics of the device and the technological level of the integrated circuit in foreign countries, it can be made into an amplifier (bandwidth up to the GHz level) with broadband integration or using discrete components. Due to this restriction in our country, it is still a difficult task to realize the bandwidth of a few hundred megahertz to a gigahertz amplifier. This paper introduces the design considerations and actualities of a 1-1000MHz wideband amplifier that is fully implemented with domestic devices
