目的通过对基础医疗服务和公共卫生服务及家庭出诊的实践,探索建立家庭契约制服务的社会需求、发展前景,面临的问题,探索解决方案。方法对60岁以上人群604人发放问卷和家庭征询,进行综合分析家庭契约制服务制度。结果建立家庭契约制服务是建全社会保障制度的一部分,需求量大,发展前景乐观;现存保障制度不完善,信息网络系统不健全,居民对家庭契约制服务内涵不明确,信任度不高,全科医生团队的积极性不高、畏难情绪、媒体误读家庭契约制等问题突出。结论 “家庭契约制服务”是优质、便捷的社区卫生服务;是目前紧缺的医疗资源,应提高服务质量和拓展内涵,不同人群提供针对性的服务,不断满足社区居民对“家庭契约制服务”的需求。
Objective To explore the social needs, development prospects and problems faced by the establishment of family contractual services by exploring the practice of basic medical services, public health services and family visits, and to explore solutions. Methods A total of 604 people over the age of 60 were distributed questionnaires and family consultations, a comprehensive analysis of the family contract system service system. As a result, establishing family contract-based service is a part of constructing a complete social security system with large demand and optimistic development prospects. The existing security system is imperfect and the information network system is not perfect. The residents’ implication on family contract system is not clear, General practitioner team enthusiasm is not high, fear of emotion, the media misread the family contract system and other issues prominent. Conclusion “Family contract system service ” is a good and convenient community health service. It is the current shortage of medical resources, should improve the quality of service and expand the connotation, different groups provide targeted services, continue to meet the community residents on the “family contract System service ”demand.
