档案管理是一种文件整理方法,合适的方法能降低文件搜索时间,并推荐合适文件。手工管理已难适应现行大型国企管理要求,因此,探索一种新的国企档案模式对提升企业竞争力具有重要意义。本文基于葛洲坝集团以信息化促进档案管理现代化的基础,提出信息一体化档案管理理念和架构体系。结果表明,新系统提升了办公效率、管理规范性,并产生显著经济与社会效益。因此,信息一体化有利于提升大型国企档案管理效率,提升企业综合竞争力。
File management is a method of organizing files, the appropriate method can reduce the file search time, and recommend the appropriate file. Manual management has been difficult to adapt to the current management requirements of large state-owned enterprises, therefore, to explore a new model of state-owned enterprises to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises is of great significance. This article is based on Gezhouba Group to promote the modernization of archive management information base, put forward the concept of information integration archives management system and architecture. The results show that the new system enhances office efficiency, management norms, and produce significant economic and social benefits. Therefore, the integration of information is conducive to enhancing the efficiency of archives management in large SOEs and enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.
