建筑施工由于项目工期较长、现场环境相对复杂、恶劣,令其体现了显著的风险性与粗放性特征。因此,如何有效降低风险影响,优化施工进度安排,排除不良隐患,成为当前我们应重点探讨的问题。本文就建筑施工风险优质管控展开探讨,对提升工程施工建设水平,强化风险管控效能,有积极有效的促进作用。
Due to the long project duration and the relatively complex and harsh on-site environment, the construction of the project reflects its significant risk and extensive features.
