目的 探讨离子型造影剂中加入地塞米松预防CT增强扫描副反应的意义。方法 采用加地塞米松组与未加地塞米松组对比 ,对 5 2 0例增强扫描病例进行各种副反应的分组对照及各年龄组的不同反应率的分析。结果 离子型造影剂中加地塞米松的 2 5 9例患者出现副反应的 19例 ,占该组 7 3% ;离子型造影剂中未加地塞米松的 2 61例患者出现副反应的 2 0例 ,占该组的 7 7% ;两组均显示 2 0岁以上 ,60岁以下副反应较其他年龄组高。结论 CT增强扫描中采用离子型造影剂中加地塞米松注射不能明显降低副反应的发生
Objective To explore the significance of dexamethasone in preventing contrast-enhanced CT scan in ionic contrast media. Methods Compared with dexamethasone group and non-dexamethasone group, 52 cases of enhanced scan were divided into group and control group, and the different response rates of different age groups were analyzed. Results 19 cases of 259 patients with dexamethasone plus dexamethasone were found to have side effects, accounting for 73.3% of the patients. There were 21 cases of side effects in 219 patients without dexamethasone , Accounting for 77% of the group; both groups showed more than 20 years of age, 60 years of age below the side effects of higher than other age groups. Conclusion CT-enhanced MRI with ion-exchange contrast agent plus dexamethasone injection can not significantly reduce the incidence of side effects
