目的产前预测胎儿RhD血型,预防新生儿溶血病的发生。方法收集RhD阴性孕妇标本67例,分离血浆,提取DNA,通过检测RHD基因的Rhesus Box来预测胎儿的RhD表型。结果将产前预测的胎儿血型与胎儿出生后的RhD进行比较,RhD阳性的预测有效率为73.17%,RhD阴性的预测有效率为69.23%。结论通过Rhesus box来产前预测胎儿RhD血型,准确率高,能有效预防新生儿溶血病的发生,值得临床推广。 Objective To predict the prenatal fetal RhD blood group to prevent the occurrence of hemolytic disease in newborns. Methods 67 cases of RhD-negative pregnant women were collected, plasma was separated and DNA was extracted. RhD phenotype of fetus was predicted by detecting Rhesus Box of RHD gene. Results The prenatal predicted fetal blood group was compared with the RhD after fetal birth. The predicted effective rate of RhD positive was 73.17%, and the predicted effective rate of RhD negative was 69.23%. Conclusion Rhesus box prenatal prediction of fetal RhD blood type, high accuracy, can effectively prevent the occurrence of hemolytic disease in newborns, worthy of clinical promotion.
