目的 :观察感热宁颗粒用于感冒 (中医辨证属于卫气同病证 )的治疗。方法 :将 4 0 0例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组及开放组 ,治疗组共 16 0例 ,对照组 10 0例 ,开放组 140例 ,试验采用单盲法进行。治疗前、治疗中、治疗后观察体温、症状变化等 ,以《中药新药临床研究指导原则》作为疗效评定标准。结果 :治疗组 16 0例的总有效率为 96 88% ,愈显率为 81 2 5% ,对照组的总有效率为 88 0 0 % ,愈显率为 4 4 0 0 %(P <0 0 1) ,本药对感冒引起的发热有明显的退热效果。结论 :感热宁颗粒对感冒 (卫气同病证 )有明显的治疗作用 ,临床观察中未见明显的不良反应。
Objective: To observe the flu-heat granules for the common cold syndrome (TCM Syndrome Differentiation card) treatment. Methods: 400 cases were randomly divided into treatment group, control group, open group and treatment group, with 160 cases in control group and 140 cases in open group. The experiment was performed by single-blind method. Before treatment, during treatment, after treatment to observe the body temperature, symptoms, etc., “Guiding Principles of Clinical Research of New Drugs in Traditional Chinese Medicine” as the curative effect evaluation standard. Results: The total effective rate was 96 88% in the treatment group and 81 2 5% in the control group, 88 0% in the control group and 4400% in the control group (P0.01) 0 1), the drug on the fever caused by the cold have a significant antipyretic effect. Conclusion: Feizhening granule has a significant therapeutic effect on the common cold (Wei Qi Syndrome), no obvious adverse reactions in clinical observation.
