Xie Li Li is deputy director of Institute of Engineering Mechanics, State Seismological Bureau. Born in 1933 in Shanghai. In 1960 graduated from Tianjin University industrial and civil architecture, the same year to Harbin Institute of Civil Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences to participate in the work.
