缅甸西南部马德岛存在自然条件差、社会依托资源不足等问题,因而对中缅管道马德岛原油罐区的投产与运行提出了非常严苛的要求。对于原油罐区投产准备、投产过程中涉及的应急物资准备、罐区设备检查、安全投用方案等关键问题进行了总结。针对原油罐区运行中在工艺设备选择、材料选择、施工工艺等方面存在的不足进行了分析,并提出了相应的优化措施。其中的实践经验为后续同类项目的设计、施工及运行提供了参考和借鉴。
Due to the poor natural conditions and insufficient social resources in the island of Madeira in southwestern Myanmar, the Company put forward very strict requirements on the operation and operation of the Madeira crude oil tank farm in Burma. The key issues concerning preparations for putting into operation of crude oil tank areas, preparation of emergency supplies involved in the process of production, inspection of equipment in tank farms and schemes for safe operation are summarized.
