针对某型航空侦查相机镜头仿真的工程需求,根据其结构建立三维几何模型,将模型导入到Patran/Nas-tran分析软件中,对其进行模态分析。在初次分析中得出,第1阶和第2阶模态的固有频率(573Hz、576Hz)过低(低于军方要求的600Hz以上),所以需要在提高刚度方面对结构进行优化。为了提高固有频率,对其结构进行了优化,对优化后的结构再次进行模态分析,其结果完全满足要求。
According to the engineering requirements of a certain aerial reconnaissance camera lens simulation, a three-dimensional geometric model is built according to its structure, and the model is imported into the Patran / Nas-tran analysis software to perform modal analysis. In the initial analysis, the natural frequencies (573Hz, 576Hz) of the 1st and 2nd modes are too low (below the 600Hz required by the military) so the structure needs to be optimized for increased stiffness. In order to improve the natural frequency, its structure is optimized, and the optimized structure is modeled again. The result completely meets the requirements.
