人们越来越注重从饮食中摄取含有抗氧 化成分的天然营养物质,以延缓衰老和防止癌症的发生。在以前的研究中已经发现欧洲酸樱桃(Prunus cerasus)的乙酸乙酯部分具有很强的抗氧化作用。本次则对此乙酸乙酯部分中的化学成分进行了进一步研究。 实验仪器:抗氧化生物测定中以市售抗氧化剂TBHQ和BHT为阳性对照。熔点采用Vanaeo显微熔点测定仪测定。NMR
There is an increasing emphasis on the intake of natural nutrients containing antioxidants from the diet in order to delay aging and prevent cancer. In previous studies, it has been found that the ethyl acetate portion of Prunus cerasus has a strong antioxidant effect. This time, the chemical composition in the ethyl acetate part was further studied. Experimental apparatus: Antioxidant bioassays were marketed with antioxidants TBHQ and BHT as positive controls. The melting point was determined using a Vanaeo micromelter. NMR
