从1998年至2000年,我省实施了“三年三十万”再就业培训计划,三年共组织27.5万下岗职工、失业人员每人免费一次参加了再就业培训,免费接受职业指导人数超过30万,平均再就业率达62%,较好地完成了预定任务。从今年开始,第二轮“三年三十万”再就业培训计划又启动。至9月底,年度培训计划已完成大半,全省共培训(含职业指导)下岗职工、失业人员75947人,各地创造了很多好的经验做法。但再就业培训工作目前仍然存在发展不平衡、
