“问题”一词《现代汉语词典》解释为“需要研究、讨论并加以解决的矛盾、疑难”。从这个定义可以看出,“问题”的实质是矛盾和疑难.解决的办法是研究、讨论.那么,“问题培训”就是在课堂教学的过程中始终以问题为中心,并通过研究、讨论等方式加以解决的一种课堂教学结构模式。教学过程中,教师怪罪学员,该讲的内容都讲了,他们就是不愿意听;学员怪罪教师,一节课下来啥都讲,脑子满满的有啥用。师生之间的互相“怪罪”,形成的原因是多方面的,但有一条是不可否认的,就是教师采用的课堂结构模式不符合培训的特点。为了改变这一状况,我们采用“问题培训”的课堂结构模式,对提高培训效果起到了很好的作用。
The word “problems”, “Modern Chinese Dictionary,” is interpreted as “contradictions and difficulties that need to be studied, discussed and resolved.” As can be seen from this definition, the essence of “problem” is contradiction and difficulty. The solution is to study and discuss. Then, “problem training” is a kind of classroom teaching structure pattern that has always been problem-centered in the process of classroom teaching and solved through research, discussion and other means. Teaching process, teachers blame the students, the stresses of the content are talked about, they just do not want to listen; students blame the teacher, a lesson down what to say, full of what purpose. There are many reasons for the formation of mutual blame among teachers and students. However, one of them is undeniable that the classroom structure adopted by teachers is not in line with the characteristics of training. In order to change this situation, we adopt the “problem-based training” classroom structure model, to improve the training effect has played a very good role.
