由于我国的房地产制度是随着体制改革的推进不断进行的,加上过去遗留下的两种私房体制,使我国的房地产产权登记管理体制存在着需要改进的地方。本文主要探讨房屋登记的制度问题及其完善,为我国《房屋登记办法》提供一定的理论价值。
As China’s real estate system is going forward with the reform of the system, and with the two private housing systems left in the past, there is room for improvement in China’s real estate property registration and management system. This article mainly discusses the system of housing registration and its perfection, and provides certain theoretical value for the “Housing Registration Measures” in our country.
