目的:研究清脉颗粒对血栓闭塞型脉管炎(throm-boangitis obliterans,TAO)模型大鼠的血液流变学和凝血功能的影响。方法:采用月桂酸股动脉注射建立TAO模型,观察大鼠的体征变化、检测不同剂量的清脉颗粒的血液流变学和凝血功能指标。结果:清脉颗粒能有效降低TAO模型大鼠不同切变率下的全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数,并有减少纤维蛋白原含量和延长凝血时间的趋势。结论:清脉颗粒改善TAO模型大鼠血液流变学指标,对TAO具有一定的防治作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Qingmai Granule on hemorheology and coagulation function in rats with throm-boangitis obliterans (TAO). Methods: TAO model was established by injection of lauric acid into the femoral artery to observe the changes of the signs of rats and to detect the hemorheology and coagulation indexes of different doses of Qingmai Granule. Results: Qingmai Granules can effectively reduce the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index under different shear rates in TAO model rats, and reduce the fibrinogen content and prolong the clotting time. Conclusion: Qingmai Granules can improve the hemorheology of TAO model rats, which has some preventive and therapeutic effects on TAO.
