采用十全大补汤和牵正散加减配合西药抗感染及对症支持疗法治疗肺心病急性发作期患者 6 0例 ,并与单纯采用西药治疗 30例作对照。结果 :治疗组显效 30例 ,好转 2 8例 ,无效 2例 ,总有效率为 96 .6 7% ;对照组显效 11例 ,好转 10例 ,无效 9例 ,总有效率为 70 .0 0 %。两组有效率比较 ,差异显著 (t=2 .0 3,P<0 .0 5 )
Sixty patients with acute exacerbation of pulmonary heart disease treated with Shiquan Dabu decoction and pull Zhengsan plus anti-infection and symptomatic and supportive therapy were treated with 30 cases treated with western medicine alone. Results: In the treatment group, 30 cases were markedly improved, 28 cases were improved, 2 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 96.67%. In the control group, 11 cases were markedly improved, 10 cases were improved, 9 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 70.0% . There was significant difference between the two groups (t = 2.03, P <0.05)
