管理冲突,在此特指在管理的实施过程中,存在的与管理行为有关的冲突。管理冲突的类型有很多,其中从性质上划分,有积极冲突和消极冲突;从隶属关系上划分,有与上级冲突、与下级冲突和与同级冲突;从构成要素上划分,有管理主体内部冲突、管理客体内部冲突、管理主体与客体的交叉冲突。认清这些冲突的类型,有助于我们加深认识,更加有效地开展管理。
