为进一步证实稀土元素的抗肿瘤作用,并探讨其抑癌作用机理,以体外培养的人胃癌细胞PAMC82为研究对象,观察镧、铈元素对癌细胞生长的抑制作用,降低恶性程度的逆转作用及对细胞中癌基因、抑癌基因表达水平的影响。氯化镧、氯化铈和混合氯化稀土在0.5~1.5mmol/L浓度下可显著抑制癌细胞生长。并使PAMC82细胞形态、微管结构发生类似正常细胞的转变。在软琼脂中的生长能力下降。抑癌基因p53、p16和p21表达水平上升,nm23基因表达水平下降。
