海淀区人民法院重视北京《支部生活》的订阅和使用工作.全院204名党员中,有142人自费订阅;120名团员、青年和入党积极分子中有114人自费订阅。在广泛订阅的基础上.院政治处联系实际,认真研究有效的学习方式,在坚持“三会一课”及政治学习制度的同时,经常在党员、警察中开展系列主题教育活动,还把《支部生活》有关内容作为各种宣传橱窗、板报的内容及时展览。北京《支部生活》为何深受基层同志的欢迎?最近,院政治处作了一次摸底调查。原因有三:一是许多党员普遍反映《支部生活》文章短小精悍.通俗易懂,既宣传党的方针政策,又贴近党员的工作和生活实际。读来亲切,学来实用;二是入党积极分子认为《支部生活》是引导自己成长进步的良师益友;三是院党组和机关党委把运用《支部生活》推动基层组织建设作为大事来抓.领导带头订阅。受《支部生活》的影响和启示,院党组拨专款由机关党委主办,于1994年7月1日办起了院内专刊《共产党员》。
