人文关怀,从伦理学的角度讲,就是对人的价值、个性、尊严、地位、发展和自由的关注、爱护与尊重,其核心是对人的精神价值的重视和对人性的关怀。人文关怀是企业管理不可或缺的内容,它能够满足人们多层次、多方面的感受和需求,能有效促进企业和谐。本文分析了在企业思想政治工作中做好人文关怀面临的现实挑战,以及做好这一工作的重要意义和实现途径,指出只有紧紧抓住人文关怀,塑造良好的企业价值观,才能最大限度地发掘企业广大职工的潜力,激发和保持企业的活力。
Humanistic care, from the perspective of ethics, is the concern, care and respect for human values, personality, dignity, status, development and freedom.
