钻探中为防止钻具粘附卡钻,降低井内的提升和旋转阻力,常常要用到大量的润滑剂。文中分析了6种不同类型的植物油下脚料的基本性质:酸价、色值、密度、含皂量、皂化价、磷脂量、挥发分等,并在一定条件下,通过化学反应将其改性后制成了润滑剂。测定了润滑剂在不同的钻井液体系中的基本性能,得到润滑性能与油品的酸价成正比,与磷脂含量成反比的特性。通过现场试验证明了此种润滑剂产品具有良好的降摩阻、配伍性和使用中不易发泡等特性。

The field test proves that this kind of lubricant has a good friction reduction, compatibility and easy to use in the foam characteristics.
