为研究水平荷载下底部框架砖房的底部框架力学性能,对400个考虑上部砌体影响的底部框架进行有限元分析,考察了底部框架梁柱线刚度比和托梁高跨比对水平荷载下,底部框架托梁梁端弯矩与框架柱顶端弯矩比值、托梁梁端轴力与框架柱剪力比值、托梁梁端剪力与框架柱轴力比值;底部框架柱的反弯点和剪力分配的影响规律,以及托梁的内力分布.结果表明:与纯框架相比,考虑上部砌体影响时的框架托梁梁端弯矩和剪力均较小,梁端轴力较大.基于底部剪力法,给出了考虑上部砌体影响的水平荷载下该类建筑的底部框架内力计算方法.
