为进一步提高中小学教师整体素质,国家教育部于2010年启动了“中小学教师国家级培训计划”(简称“国培计划”)。教学团队师资成员,从培训的实践角度出发,对于“国培计划”具体实施中所存在的问题进行整理、归纳、分析,认为虽然对中国经济不发达地区的音乐教师以及边远地区的音乐教师以有计划的“国培计划”培训,但是由于教师基础知识不够夯实,导致教学无法收到良好的成效,其中的一项重要原因就是教学指导理念不够明确,而且忽视了知识更新。本论文针对“国培计划”中音乐教师整体素质与综合存在的问题进行研究,并深入解析。
In order to further improve the overall quality of primary and secondary school teachers, the Ministry of Education launched the “National Training Program for Primary and Secondary School Teachers” (the “State Education Program”) in 2010. Teaching staff members of the teaching team, from the perspective of training practice, to organize, summarize and analyze the problems existing in the implementation of the “National Training Plan”, although the music teachers in the underdeveloped areas of China and music in remote areas However, due to the insufficient comprehension of teachers’ basic knowledge, teaching can not receive good results. One of the important reasons is that the teaching guiding ideology is not clear enough and ignores the knowledge updating. In this paper, we study the problems of the overall quality and comprehensive existence of music teachers in the “Guopai Project” and analyze in depth.
