1983—1988年,我们针对本地大麦产量低、生产水平落后的现状,围绕二棱大麦的高产优质进行了试验、示范和生产调查、初步摸索出我区二棱大麦高产栽培的形态指标及其规范化培栽技术。现将结果简述如下。 一、二棱大麦亩产350公斤以上的穗粒结构与主攻方向 据大麦高产试验和示范田调查资料分析:二棱啤酒用大麦随着产量水平的提高,有效穗和穗粒数增加,千粒重降低(表1)。
