自2001年启动新一轮基础教育课程改革以来,给教师们带来了前所未有的挑战和冲击,特别是中学,不少中年教师已感到困惑和不适应,慢慢产生职业倦怠。中年教师往往是学校的中坚力量,如果能帮助其克服教师职业倦怠,这对于中学中年教师专业发展,乃至推动新课改的顺利进行都具有十分重要的意义。本文结合Maslach的倦怠三维度理论,从中年教师自身的视角分析其出现职业倦怠的原因,进而探讨出相关应对策略。
Since the launch of the new round of basic education curriculum reform in 2001, teachers have been challenged and hitherto unknown. Especially in secondary schools, many middle-aged teachers have become puzzled and uncomfortable and have slowly developed job burnout. Middle-aged teachers are often the backbone of the school, if it can help teachers overcome teacher burnout, which for middle school teachers in secondary professional development, and even promote the smooth progress of the new curriculum are of great significance. Combined with Maslach’s three-dimensional theory of burnout, this paper analyzes the reasons for occupational burnout from middle-aged teachers’ own perspectives, and then explores the relevant coping strategies.
