当前,伴随着我国建筑行业发展要求的不断提高以及发展速度的飞跃,对工程项目的承包模式取得了一些新的创新结果。同时,在不断的创新环节也逐渐出现了一些新的建筑承包模式,这些建筑承包模式的不断涌现,取得了现实的经济效益以及长远的发展潜力。其中,EPC总承包模式取得了很大的发展空间以及取得了现实的经济成就。EPC总承包模式是指业主将建筑项目全部的设计和施工委托给相关的建筑承包单位的模式。
At present, with the continuous improvement of China’s construction industry development requirements and the rapid pace of development, some new innovative results have been obtained on the contracting mode of construction projects.
