随着糖尿病治疗的进展，该病患者的寿命逐渐延长，其白内障的发病率逐年增多，因此糖尿病患者白内障的手术治疗时机，术后疗效是眼科医生关注和研究的问题．1990年-1996年我们共行白内障囊外摘除联合后房型人工晶体植入术679例，其中术前确诊有糖尿病者对例，68眼．现报告如下
With the progress of diabetes treatment, the patient’s life expectancy gradually extended, the incidence of cataracts increased year by year, so the timing of diabetic patients with cataract surgery and postoperative efficacy of ophthalmologists concerned and research issues. Between 1990 and 1996, we carried out 679 cases of extracapsular cataract extraction combined with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation, of which 68 cases were diagnosed with diabetes before surgery.
