目的:研究聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯(吐温80)对鱼腥草挥发油和鱼腥草注射液的影响。方法:重点针对醛基化合物和新生成的物质,从不同产地药材、不同贮存温度、不同贮存时间的角度,对鱼腥草挥发油、鱼腥草注射液、吐温80与鱼腥草挥发油的混合溶液进行1H-NMR的测定和谱图比较。结果:4个产地鱼腥草的挥发油均存在3个醛基的1H-NMR单峰,但在与吐温80混合后这些醛基峰基本消失,并在δ8.30处出现了新的1H-NMR峰。鱼腥草注射液在醛基吸收区域未见明显的1H-NMR峰,但在δ8.30处有微弱的1H-NMR峰,该δ8.30峰在鱼腥草注射液于40℃恒温放置1到3个月后峰面积显著升高;结论:吐温80会使鱼腥草挥发油中的醛基类化合物含量显著降低并生成新的物质,鱼腥草注射液中含有微量的该新物质,并在40℃放置1个月后该新物质的含量显著升高。
