随着社会经济和信息技术的迅速发展,各地区、各类型图书馆都打造自己的精品—特色文献数据库。特色文献数据库的建设对于地区经济建设、文化教育、科学研究起到了推动的作用。2009年8月30日国务院批复了《中国图们江区域合作开发规划纲要———以长吉图为开放先导区》提升为国家的战略.对此,围绕图们江地区合作为主题内容建立文献数据库,将此作为延边的特色文献数据库意义深远。
With the rapid development of social economy and information technology, all kinds of libraries and libraries in all regions and regions have built their own boutique-featured literature database.
