分层教学是当代中国基础教育教学实践所关注的“热点”问题之一。分层教学是在1868年就已产生的一种教学模式。我们利用这种教学模式针对本校中职学生采取英语分层次教学,依据学生不同的个性特征与心理倾向,不同的知识基础与接受能力,即差异的认识,使各层次的学生在活动中都有所收获的一种教学方法。它有两种模式:第一种,就是针对年级学生存在着较大差异的情况,全校改革课堂教学组织形式。即:在保持原行政班级不变的情况下,按学生英语的学习情况、能力倾向和学习目标的不同,将全年级学生划分为A、B、C三个层次,各层次的学生在不同的教室上课。第二种,就是针对班级学生存在较大差异的情况,任课教师将全班同学划分为高、中、低三个层次,仍在一个教室上课,因材施教。
Teaching in different levels is one of the hot spots concerned by contemporary Chinese basic education teaching practice. Hierarchical teaching is a teaching model that has been produced in 1868.
