作者通过一起非法行医致人重伤追究刑事责任案例,对案件移送、组织鉴定、罪名适用等问题进行分析总结,提出可行性建议,为打击非法行医及行刑衔接提供参考。
The author analyzes and summarizes such issues as the transfer of cases, the appraisal of organizations, the accusation of crimes and so on, through investigating and prosecuting cases of criminal liability caused by serious unlawful practice of medical practice, and puts forward feasible suggestions to provide reference for combating illegal medical practice and execution.
