“第一期三年行动计划”在提高幼儿入园率、普惠、公益和发展等方面取得了十分显著的成效。在此基础上,促进学前教育均衡发展,保障教育质量将成为学前教育领域未来几年的主要关注点和发展方向。目前,我国学前教育的发展面临着诸多问题,甚至在一些地区出现发展困境。这些问题和困境制约和影响了学前教育的均衡发展和质量保障。从我们对问题的判断看,这里既有结构性问题,也有条件性问题。
The first phase of the three-year plan of action has achieved remarkable results in raising the rate of early childhood admission, inclusive education, public welfare and development. On this basis, promoting the balanced development of preschool education and ensuring the quality of education will become the main focus and direction of development in the field of preschool education in the next few years. At present, the development of preschool education in our country is facing many problems, even in some areas. These problems and difficulties restrict and affect the balanced development and quality assurance of preschool education. Judging from our judgment on the issue, there are both structural and conditional issues here.
